10 Tips To Have A Quantum Leap In Your Life Faster

Small touches create dramatic effects. Simple touches will revolutionize your life physically, spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and financially if you keep applying the following methods with patience and persistence!

1- Drink purified water: 70% of our body consists of water. The cause of many illnesses attributed to other reasons is actually because of drinking unpurified water. Therefore, you can install a water distillation or filtration system in your home. Besides, most people do not drink enough amount of water. Unfortunately, the amount of water we drink when we get thirsty is not enough! Also, the beverages such as tea and coffee cause extra water loss in our bodies. That is the precursor of serşous illnesses. Long story short, drink 8-12 glasses of treated water not to make yourself lack our most precious life source.

2- Do exercise regularly: Regular exercise slows down or even turns aging back to a certain extent. You fall ill less often and get more energetic within that day. 4- Be a forgiver: Hatred reduces our brain capacity and slows down brain functions. Whatever we make our brain focus on is enlarged/exaggerated; this also applies to hatred and grudge. Therefore, if we direct our energy capacity to something negative, we will never accomplish great things and achieve our goals. Remember, forgiving is not for the one you forgive, but for you.

5- Clear your mental clutter: If you want to have new opportunities and chances in your life, you have to make a place for them. First, free your mind from cluttered events and objects that do nothing but make you be living in the past. It could be a sweater that you do not use anymore but reminds you of a bad memoir, unused pots and pans you keep in the pantry, old relationships, or an outdated and tacky way of thinking. Stubbornly sticking to the old leaves no room for the future. Therefore, go through your closet and give items you have not used in a year or more to someone in need. Review relationships in your life. Friendship, business, and private relationships. Which of these brings you to the future with a positive perspective, which one holds you back in the dark past?

6- Clear your debts: If having a 5 lira debt keeps you up at night, but you cannot make a living without getting into debts (installments / urgent expenses…), even if living without debt is a sweet dream for you, start making this dream come true from today. Put 10% of your monthly income on the side for your debts. You can achieve this if you want. All you have to do is put a certain amount of money on the side each month, and put it in your mind to make a habit out of it.

7- Review your relationships: We need other people to fulfill almost every request we have. We are in a kind of relationship with the salesperson when we want to buy something, with the agency employee when we want to go on vacation, with people in traffic when we want to return home. That is why relationship and communication skills are two of the skills we want most to possess in life. Because as you know, there is a key that opens every door, but someone has this key. People who have good relationships with their superiors at work get a promotion faster than their colleagues with the same abilities. Also, they are the last person to be fired; Even if they get kicked out, they have no trouble finding a new job. That is why it is critical to be a good communication master. If you are not good at this area, sometimes it will not work, even if you work miracles. Invest time in this area for yourself; look for ways to improve your communication skills and express yourself without any mistakes. You can attend courses and read books about communication.

8- Clarify and review your goals: Have clear and specific goals. Write these goals down. Having a goal is not enough. You should review them every day and determine when to achieve them. You should have physical, mental, notional, emotional, and career goals for different areas of your life. If you do not have a goal, you will be like a ship without a route on the sea, a planet circling without an orbit. If it is the case, the probability of reaching your goal is also minimal.

9- Make daily plans: Plan for each day ahead for maximum productivity. Make to-do lists. Put these tasks in order of importance. Naming “A” for urgent tasks, “B” for important but not urgent tasks, “C” for the tasks you may do but not urgent, “D” for unimportant tasks will make your life easier. After finishing the tasks in category “A”, you can work on “B”, then “C”. You can drop the category D out. You have to live by accounting for every hour of your life. This is the secret of successful people. Not turning 24 hours into 30 hours, but qualifying these 24 hours productively.

10- Keep a journal: Our lives are worth recording! Have a diary where you can write down what you have experienced, your reactions to them, what you feel about them and what you have learned through these experiences. Journalling increases your awareness, empowers your internality, strengthens your intuition ability, and offers you to get to know yourself with your cons and pros.
