Experts always state that breakfast is the must-have meal for adults and children alike.
We should not skip it, but how can we make our children have their breakfast? We must wake our student children one hour before they leave the house for school.
I will not say how to wake them. Some children wake up immediately when you call, or sometimes you need to hold them by the arm and make them out of bed. They should eat bread, fruit, fresh vegetables ( tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.) that can provide the energy need of children with protein foods that have slower absorption, such as milk, eggs, which have a higher feeling of satiety and are need more during the growing period and carb foods instead of sugary foods that are digested and mixed with the blood faster.
I never prefer or recommend juices for breakfast, both for adults and children. Do not your children have their breakfast? Let’s create a more entertaining breakfast time. Here are my practical, eye-catching, and appetizing suggestions meal suggestions that our children won’t be able to say no to breakfast:

Sliced bread for toasting

Place the sliced bread on a baking tray and mix the tomato sauce and yogurt with 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil in a bowl.
Spread the sauce on sliced pieces of bread with a pastry brush. Grate the cheese and place it on the slices of bread.
Grill the whole thing (toast bread) until cheese melts. Sprinkle with thyme and serve hot. Have a nice meal!
Chocolate Crepes

Two eggs, 1.5 cups of milk, some salt, and add (I add about 1.5 cups of flour)
I pour the milk into a bowl, add eggs, and blend. Then add flour and mix it with the blender. I put a Teflon pan on fire, and when it gets heated, I pour a ladle amount of the mixture and spread the mixture to every corner of the pan. I cook both sides of the crepe.
You can add salt or sweeten the crepe optionally.
We prefer to add salt while cooking, and then we spread chocolate cream (Nutella) on top of it.
Deviled Eggs

Egg
Parsley
Powdered red pepper and black pepper
Salt
Olive oil
Directions:
Boil the eggs. Chop the parsley up. You can add other greens as you wish. Cut in half when the eggs are boiled and separate the yolk from the white. Then, mix the yolk with parsley, spices, and olive oil. Fill the egg whites with teaspoons of the mixture. Enjoy your meal!
Potatoe and Egg Scramble

Three potatoes
Three eggs
Oil
Salt

Dice the potatoes into cubes, then deep-fry. Add salt to the potatoes and put in a pan, then spread scrambled eggs on top. Then, rotate the bottom with the help of a lid or plate if they get fried. (I fried a little too much) Serve with spiced if you wish.
Side Note: You can reduce the portion and decorate with tomatoes and cucumber for your children.
Vegetable Toast With Ezine Cheese
Ingredients:
Ezine cheese,
Roasted red pepper,
Green pepper,
Pumpkin,
Large bread for toasting
Directions:
Start with cooking vegetables. We clean the green charleston peppers, slice them lengthwise and grill them on the grill. Slice zucchini into fingers / bite-size. You can use smokeless electric indoor grills. It may be easier to put baking paper on a baking tray, lay the vegetables on it, and put it in the oven.It can be a very ideal, practical, and nutritious meal for the summer since there is no oil. Spread an optional amount of Ezine cheese on bread when vegetables get grilled. Put vegetables on the top and spread Ezine cheese one more time, then top the other bread. After having the toasts in the toaster, we slice them in half and serve them with seasonal greens. If you like frying, you can also stirfry the vegetables in a Teflon pan and toast. I also added eggplant. It turned out to be great. Have a nice meal!

Children do not like having breakfast alone. I recommend you to have breakfast together with your children to keep awake and make your child start the day energetically. Do not forget to chat. Although it can be boring sometimes, a great way to help prepare your child for class and cure a morning hangover.
