10 Ways to Make Your Children Study Efficiently

First of all, we need to know that sitting at a desk for a long time is not an efficient study. In our opinion, 20 minutes of full concentration is better than sitting at a desk with scattered attention  throughout days, and trying to understand the same lesson.

If he/she has a concentration problem, it is useful to get help from an expert. Everyone has productive hours and varies for everyone.

You can determine their productive hours by listening to your child thoroughly and talking with him about his experiences on this subject. During these most productive hours, you can plan to study lessons that he should pay more attention to or devote time to.

You can also discuss what to do during ideal rest times and rest breaks. Nowadays, phones, tablets, TV, social media accounts and correspondence groups with friends fill the break times, especially, but these time conflicts do not allow your child to rest, fresh air, breathing exercises, eating healthy foods, drinking water, walking around the house will be more valuable.

It is the responsibility of your children to plan their study time and think about what to do during their rest breaks. Studying is what they do for themselves and are again responsible.

Rewards or punishments are not appropriate methods for doing this. The reward is perceived as a bribe. If you are thinking of punishing your TV, computer, tablet or phone by taking them away – which I am sure you have tried many times and seen that the situation has not changed – there will be no solution.

The important thing is to give responsibility to the child by communicating correctly.

If you say “work” continuously, it will not make them work, that is, it will not change the result, and such pressure will create resistance. As we have said from the beginning, in order to raise children who are happy, peaceful, responsible and beneficial to society, you must first be able to establish a strong communication based on trust.
