  China, the world’s most populous country, reached a population of 1.4 billion at the end of 2019. In recent years, the population growth has fallen below 0.5 and considering the rates, it is expected that the population growth will decrease even more before 2030.

2)- INDIA (1.393.409.038)

  The population of India, the second most populous country, doubled to 1.2 billion between 1975 and 2010. Considering the increase rates, India is expected to surpass China in 2024.
